Casey Key Florida Home Sales Heating Up

The Summer temperature is not the only thing heating up on Florida's Gulf Coast, Casey Key home sales are heating up as well. Currently the Sarasota MLS reports 49 homes for sale on Casey Key. Our July 2 Casey Key real estate update showed that there were two homes under contract. In our April update, there was only one home under contract. Today there are 5 homes pending with listings prices from $2 million to $8 million – more evidence that the real estate recovery of the luxury market is beginning.
